Parameshwar Gundkal is an Indian television director who works in Kannada television industry.
Career[edit]
Parameshwar Gundkal after completing his Master of Economics joined Vijaya Karnataka Kannada newspaper as a journalist and later joined Udayavani newspaper. He worked for 7 years in Udayavani newspaper. Parameshwar then joined Zee Kannada television channel as a Programming Head. When Zee Kannada was struggling to attact viewers Parameshwar bought new tv serials such as Jogula, Chi. Sow. Savithri, Parvati Parameshwara, Devi, Radha Kalyana and reality shows such as Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L'il Champs Season 9, Ragale with Rishika to viewers.
In 2012 he left Zee Kannada and joined ETV Kannada which is now Colors Kannada as a Programming Head. Later he became the Business Head of Colors Kannada and Colors Super channels.

Parameshwar Gundkal was born in Gundkal a small village near Yellapur, Karnataka, India. He completed his schooling and college from YTSS educational institution, Yellapur. He is an Master of Economics post graduate.
