Parker Jay Lazeski is an entrepreneur, who has also been recognized for his roles as a management consultant and performance coach with high-level business owners. His notable achievements include founding and playing executive roles in the online community RSLTS Club, working with Cascatta Developments a real estate company, and Parker Jay Ventures USA & Canada a conglomerate.
Early Life and Education[edit]
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Lazeski’s journey began with high academic achievement. After high school, he continued his education at the University of Saskatchewan. There, he graduated with high honours or magna cum laude, from the University of Saskatchewan,[1]earning a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in business finance.
Career[edit]
Lazeski's entrepreneurial spirit was nurtured early on in an entrepreneurial-minded family. By the age of 18, he had already embarked on his first business venture, flipping houses. This endeavor quickly evolved into building homes from the ground up and managing a portfolio of rental properties. His venture into commercial real estate marked a significant milestone, with Lazeski assuming co-ownership and a majority stakeholder position in the real estate firm, Cascatta Developments, back in 2016. With his leadership, he grew Cascatta Developments into a multi eight-figure enterprise, enabling Lazeski to retire on his real estate investments by age 25.
Beyond real estate, Lazeski has made substantial contributions as a consultant and coach. His At the Proctor Gallagher Institute, Lazeski ranked in the top 1% of 1500 PGI consultants across monthly revenue and clientele metrics. Additionally, Lazeski's contributions at Queen of Ops involved acting as a management consultant to100+ businesses, guiding them through the intricate journey from startup to eight-figure success. As a Tony Robbins Certified Coach and Firewalking Institute Master Instructor, Lazeski continues to make an impact on the lives of those in his community RSLTS Club and greater network.
In 2019, he established RSLTS Club, an online community designed to provide mentorship and leadership coaching for men.[2] RSLTS Club has held retreats in places such as Nashville, Tennessee, Austin, Texas, Laguna, California, and Miami, Florida.[3] RSLTS Club extends its positive influence beyond its members by supporting charitable causes such as the Unstoppable Foundation and the Ascension Leadership Academy, donating 10% of the total cash that it collects to these organizations.
Adding to his list of accomplishments, Lazeski established Parker Jay Ventures USA in 2022, with its headquarters situated in Nashville, Tennessee.
Personal Life[edit]
Outside of his professional life, Lazeski finds solace in various recreational activities, including skydiving, travel, hiking, surfing, downhill biking, and reading.
