Radius Developers is an Indian-based real estate development and construction company headquartered in Mumbai.[1] The company has engaged in developing residential and commercial projects.[2] The company has won several awards for its projects, the most notable one being the Best Commercial Building Award for its project ‘One BKC’ by CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards 2017-18.[2]

Radius Developers was established in 2014 by Sanjay Chhabria, who is a member of Mumbai's real estate fraternity. Prior to this, he used to work as managing director at The Wadhwa Group.[3][4]
The company’s notable projects include X BKC, One BKC, Avenue 54 and 64 Greens.[2][5][6]
Awards and recognition[edit]
- 2019: 'Sustainability Award' for One BKC', at the High-Rise India Summit & Awards 2019[7]
- 2018: Received Iconic Project of the Year 2018 in Commercial-Completed category for its project One BKC.[8]
- 2018: Managing Director, Sanjay Chhabria, was conferred with the Scroll of Honour at Realty+ Excellence Awards (WEST) for 2018.
- 2017: Conferred Developer of The Year Award - Residential at Realty Plus Excellence Awards (West).[9]
- 2017-2018: Received the Best Commercial Building Award for its flagship project ‘One BKC’ by CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards.[2]
