Parviz Bagirov
Parviz Bagirov (born 31 July 1983) is an Azerbaijani education reformist and specialist.
Biography
He was born in Baku, and currently works as the Head of National Tempus Office of European Commission[1] in Baku. His work is directed at improvement of the Educational System in Azerbaijan Republic mainly the Higher Education through compliance to Bologna Process standards and principles.[2]
Prior to that, for several years he was working at Open Society Institute in Baku as Director of Education/Youth/Information programs. His work covered many projects with universities and NGOs in the country and he supervised numerous project activities that contributed to the development of the educational system in Azerbaijan.
