Pathet Lao Airlines was an airline based in Laos.

Pathet Lao Airlines was founded in 1960, it operated Russian and Soviet aircraft such as Antonov An-24, Ilyushin Il-12 and more, the airline ceased operations in 1974.

Incidents and accidents[edit]
- On March 8, 1974, an Antonov An-24 crashed on approach to Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi killing all 18 on board. The aircraft was carrying a delegation of 15 Algerian journalists covering the state visit of Algerian President Houari Boumediene in Vietnam.[2]
