Sorya Airlines
Sorya Airlines was a short-lived airline based in Laos.[1]
History
Sorya Airlines was founded in 1974, operating Vickers Viscounts and Douglas DC-3s. The airline ceased operations in 1975.[citation needed]

- Vickers Viscount
Accidents and Incidents
On April 11, 1975, a Douglas DC-3 (XW-PKT) was climbing when it was suddenly shot down by a mortar shell and crash-landed in a rice paddy field and caught fire, killing three of the four people on board. The survivor was injured.[2][3]
