Paul Biss

Paul Biss (September 28, 1944)[1] in DeKalb, Illinois[1] is a classical violinist and violist, who studied at Juilliard School under Josef Gingold.[2]
He is the son of Raya Garbousova. He is married to Miriam Fried[3], and is the father of Jonathan Biss[3] and Daniel Biss.
He lived in Bloomington, Indiana for 25 years, where he worked at Indiana University Bloomington.[2] He now teaches at the New England Conservatory of Music,[2] and lives in Boston.
