Paul Castro Jr
Paul Anthony Castro Jr. (Born April 12) is an American actor, producer, singer and writer.[1]. He is known for playing Ian in the award winning feature film, Buffalo Boys, and for his roles in the films: The Skeleton Twins (2014), People, Places, Things (2015), and Skook (2013).
He was the recipient of the Robert Pastorelli Rising Star Award at the 2014 Garden State Film Festival.[citation needed]
Early Life[edit]
Castro was born in Brooklyn NY, and raised on the Jersey Shore; growing up in the small town of Hazlet. Castro is a graduate from the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.[2]
Career[edit]
Castro's acting credits include: Ian in the award winning Indie Feature Buffalo Boys (2013),[3][4][5][6], The Skeleton Twins (2014)[7], Black Dog Red Dog (2014), Skook (2014)[8], People, Places, Things (2015) [9] , Good Ol' Boy (2015) and The Blacklist (TV series). He also played Kane in the Off-Broadway revival of Love and Human Remains at Playwrights Horizons [10][11][12][13][14] and Ryan in the short film Knives with Peter Friedman and Marc Menchaca which premiered at the 2015 Vail Film Festival[15]. He was the recipient of the Robert Pastorelli Rising Star Award at The Garden State Film Festival.[16][17][18][19][20][21] He co-wrote, produced, directed and starred in the short film Aeris.[22] [23] [24] [25]
