Paul Counelis

Paul Counelis is an American author, singer and director. His published works include fiction and non-fiction, horror related and Halloween[1] history as well as children's and young adult books.[2]

He is a columnist for Flint Comix and Entertainment and Rue Morgue (magazine) and Michigan area Halloween paper Fear Finder.[3]

He is the singer for horror rock band Lords of October [4], Flint Michigan alternative band Free Will and a member of the Flint Horror Collective,[5] a group of people who organize horror related events for mid-Michigan.

As a director, he won the Scream Factory "mini-massacre" Audience Choice award for his short film "Hey, You Ever Heard of Rob Zombie?" [6] and appears as himself in several horror and Halloween related documentaries.[7][8]
