Paul G. Andrews (born January 23, 1964) is an English producer[1], filmmaker and screenwriter. He is known for his collaboration with Thomas Keneally, Sean McNamara and Andy Morahan.[2][3]
Early life and education[edit]
Paul G. Andrews was born on January 23, 1964 in Barnet, London. From 1970 to 1983, he studied at schools in Headcorn and Maidstone, Kent.
In 1989 he enrolled in a Business Studies degree course at the University of North London.
Career[edit]
Since 2002 Andrews has worked with BBC as TV producer amongst other channels until 2011.
In 2017/2018 he produced the feature film Boogie Man, which won the Cardiff International Film Festival 2018 award for Best Feature Film – English Language.[4][5]
In December 2018 Paul was a member of the jury at the Sochi International Film Festival and Awards (SIFFA) 2018, judging the short film and documentary category.[6][7]
As of January 2019, he is producing the feature film Orwell, based on the period of George Orwell's life during the Spanish civil war. He is also producing four movies with Thomas Keneally, one called The Great Hunger, an epic movie about the Irish Potato Famine.[8]

Paul has two children: Chloe (born in 1992) and Lucas (born in 2000).
