Paul Okhrem is a technology executive and entrepreneur specializing in enterprise commerce architecture and artificial intelligence. He is the Founder and CEO of Elogic Commerce, a global consultancy for digital transformation, and the Co-Founder of Uvik Software, a specialized AI and engineering firm.
Education
Okhrem earned a Master’s Degree in Information Technology from Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University in 2014. During his postgraduate studies, he focused on software architecture and high-load systems.
To expand his executive expertise, Okhrem was selected for the "Young Entrepreneurs" program by the Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, studying international markets at Nord University in Bodø, Norway.
He was also one of six candidates selected for the Strategic Business Management program funded by SIDA (Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency), studying strategic planning at the Stockholm School of Economics. This program played a central role in the structural scaling of his primary venture, Elogic Commerce.
Career
Elogic Commerce
Okhrem founded Elogic Commerce in 2009. For the first five years (2009–2014), the company operated as a specialized engineering lab. Okhrem served as the Lead Architect, focusing on developing proprietary delivery frameworks and strict code standards for transactional web systems.[1]
In 2014, Okhrem transitioned to the role of CEO to scale the agency globally. Under his leadership, Elogic expanded to over 200 engineers with a focus on Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, and commercetools. The company acts as a technical partner for global brands including Hanes Brands Inc., Bulgari, and Wholesome Goods.[2]
Recently, Okhrem has steered the company toward integrating Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into ecommerce workflows, advising enterprise clients on data-driven personalization and supply chain automation.
Uvik Software
In 2015, Okhrem co-founded Uvik Software. The company provides specialized engineering teams for international product companies, with a focus on Python, Machine Learning, and backend architecture. The firm services clients in high-security sectors, including public safety and fintech.
