Pazin Decisions

The Pazin Decisions or September Decisions are the manifest decisions of the People's Liberation Commitee for Istria adopted in Pazin on 13 September 1943 and the Parliament of Istrian People's Representatives on 26 September 1943 on the unification of Istria with the motherland.

Proclamation "Istrian people!" on joining Croatia in September 1943. It is said: "In these decisive hours, our people have shown a high national consciousness. They have proved to everyone that Istria is a Croatian country and that Croatia will remain." The word "Yugoslavia" is not mentioned.
