Peer Yaseen Sahib
Contribution to Society[edit]
Yaseen Sahib was known for his humility, spiritual guidance, and contributions to the community. He established the Zahoor-Ul-Islam Trust to aid the needy and played a significant role in the construction and preservation of local shrines. He was also a poet, with his collection of Naath Kalam titled "Jami Wahadat." His efforts in promoting Quranic education among local students were notable, including organizing annual competitions.[1]
Legacy[edit]
Peer Mohammad Yaseen Sahib passed away on December 21, 2011, at Syed Pora Harwan(also known as Sudepur) in Srinagar, India. His legacy continues through his contributions to spiritual and social causes, and his son, Peer Bilal Ahmad, now manages the Zahoor-Ul-Islam Trust. His life and deeds remain an inspiration to many, reflecting his deep commitment to spiritual and societal welfare.[2]
