PeopleScout [1], is a recruitment and staffing agency which provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) & Managed Services. PeopleScout is one of the subsidiaries of TrueBlue Inc. group [2] [3], other two subsidiaries are PeopleReady, PeopleManagement [4][5]. Acquisition by TrueBlue
2014
In 2014 TrueBlue, Inc. acquired Seaton Corp. — including its divisions PeopleScout, Staff Management - SMX & HRX and StudentScout for $310 million comprising $120 million in cash and $190 million in debt.[12][13] After completing its acquisition of Seaton Corp. in 2014, Tacoma-based TrueBlue became the largest industrial staffing provider in the USA.[14]
Global Expansion
- In 2016, PeopleScout acquired the RPO division of Aon Hewitt.[15]
