Perv Sydell is an Alternative rock band currently in Los Angeles.
The band released their first EP called Frequencies on March 8, 2018 on SoundCloud. Despite its scarce promotion and rarely being seen in public, the reception of it was absolutely favorable by the underground scene.
Formation
In December 2015, Jo Tomazzoni (lead singer and songwriter) was road tripping through California with a friend he met on the internet. At that time, the idea of creating an original band seemed to be something vague and distant, but once he knew how to write songs based on all the different musical influences he was listening to, it seemed to be an interesting idea. In 2016, the band itself was created and did some small gigs and concerts, playing cover songs, which was not as exciting as Jo thought it would be. At that point, he started writing his own songs. Perv Sydell, as it is nowadays, was only molded on March 8, 2018, with the official release of their first EP entitled "Frequencies", with three tracks.
Recent activity
They are known for rarely being seen in public. No concerts or promotions have been made since the release of their first EP. Although, their second EP has been announced to be officially released in early 2019. Also, their first tour in Brazil and United States will happen at this time.
