Peter Feeney

Peter Feeney is a local politician from Ireland. He is a local councillor who was the cathaoirleach of Galway County Council from 2008 to 2009. In 2008, Feeney was selected ahead of the only other candidate, Seán Ó Tuairisg. At that time, Feeney had been a Fine Gael councillor for Athenry since 2003, after taking the seat vacated by Ulick Burke.[citation needed]
