Peter Mwangi Wainaina aka Wine is a Kenyan utility midfielder who currently turns out for Kenyan National Super League side Nairobi City Stars from year 2016.
His early steps in football started at JMJ Academy which took him to Belgium where he joined second tier tier side KAS Eupen in 2008 after a series of trials with, among others, top tier sides such as Germinal Beerschot.
He was to return to Kenya following lack of a long term Visa and from 2010 he joined AFC Leopards as one of ten players loaned to the side. He later moved to KCB in 2012 [1] [2] then to Mathare United in 2015. [3] [4] At the end of that season he returned to Nairobi City Stars where he is to date.
