Peter Nunn is a convicted Twitter troll from Bristol, England. In 2013 he sent Labour and Co-operative MP Stella Creasy abusive messages, calling her a "witch" and threatening her with rape.[1] He was arrested under Section 127 of the Communications Act 2003 and found guilty of sending indecent, obscene or menacing messages following a trial at City of London Magistrates' Court in 2014. He was sentenced to 18 weeks' custody[2] and the judge also imposed a restraining order banning him from any contact with Creasy or Caroline Criado Perez. Nunn abandoned an appeal against the conviction in 2015.[3]
