Phenom People is an HR technology company[1] that offers an Intelligent Talent Experience platform.[2] The platform is powered by artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and machine learning,[3] and includes tools for candidates, recruiters, employees, and managers. Phenom partners with Workday, Inc. and ADP in the talent management industry.

Phenom, originally known as iMomentus, was founded in 2010 by Mahe Bayireddi,[4][not in citation given] Hari Bayireddy, and Brad Goldoor.[5] iMomentus was rebranded as Phenom People in 2015.[6]

In 2020, Phenom acquired My Ally,[7] a Palo-Alto based company, and Endouble — a company based in Amsterdam.[8] In Feb. 2021, Phenom acquired Talentcube, based in Munich, Germany.[9] A year later in Feb. 2022, Phenom acquired Tademploy,[10][not in citation given] an HR technology company based in Berlin, Germany and founded by Jana Tepe and Anna Kaiser.
