Phool Bane Angaare
Phool Bane Angaare is a 1963 Indian Hindi-language film starring Raaj Kumar, Mala Sinha and Johnny Walker.
Usha stays in Santa Cruz, Bombay and decides to look after her family, comprising her widowed mother and younger brother, Ashish. She even decides not to marry her army officer sweetheart, Captain Rajesh, so that she can look after them. Rajesh is called to the front in Korea, her mother dies, and she brings up Ashish on her own. Years later, Rajesh has still not returned, Ashish marries Kamla, much to Usha's disappointment. Soon, Kamla humiliates Usha and she decides to leave home. Where will a lone woman re-locate, and what prevented Ashish from coming to her assistance? The story follows.
