Drawing cartoons over photos is called Picartoongraphy. Usually, Picartoongraphy is a digital art. This term was created in June 2019 by Farzin Nikravesh (Cartoonist) and Amin Talachian (Photographer) during their art exhibition in Shirin Gallery Tehran, Iran [1]
