Pinnacle Group is a New York real estate management company.[1][2] Its CEO is Joel Wiener.[1]
As of 2017, the company managed $2 billion worth of real estate, including 10,000 mostly rent-regulated apartments, primarily in New York City.[3][4] Wiener has also converted 25 buildings into condominiums.[3][5][6] The firm is known for its long-term investment in multi-family projects.[7][7] As of 2016, 99% of its apartments were rent-regulated.[8] As of 2018, the portfolio had an occupancy rate of 97 percent.[9]
Pinnacle Group trades on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in Israel under the name Zarasai Group.[10][11][12] It has raised over $500 million on the Israeli bond market.[10][13][1][14][15][16] That has been one of the largest bond sales by a non-Israeli company in Israel’s history.[17]
