Piper Rubio (born 2013 or 2014)[1][2] is an American child actress. She is best known for playing Abby Schmidt in the 2023 horror film Five Nights at Freddy's.[3] She will be reprising the role in the 2025 sequel, Five Nights at Freddy's 2.[4][5]
Career
Rubio began acting in 2019, playing a 4 year old Charlotte in the television series Coop & Cami Ask the World.[6] In 2020, she was cast as Ivy in the TV movie, Holly & Ivy.[7] In 2022, she played Maddie in the TV show How We Roll.[8] Rubio also appeared in several television commercials that same year.[9]
Her first major role that gained her national attention came in 2022 when she was cast as Abby Schmidt in the 2023 film Five Nights at Freddy's.[3][10] She will reprise her role in the film's sequel, Five Nights at Freddy's 2 (2025).[4][11][12]
Rubio has also done voice acting for various animated series including Pretzel and the Puppies (2023) and RoboGobo (2025).[13]
