PjBmp2Avi

PjBmp2Avi is a computer program designed by Paul Roberts[1] for converting bitmap still images to AVI animations. Developed in the years 1996-8 and released around that time,[2] the program is a popular alternative to such programs as Adobe Premiere due to its small size, simplicity, and status as freeware.
