Platinia Hotel
Platinia is a 5-star hotel in Cluj Napoca, Romania. The hotel is the part of the first mixed-use real estate project in Cluj-Napoca combining all three forms, residential, commercial and hotel. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5]

Platinia Hotel is located in Cluj-Napoca near craft mini-brewery of Ursus Breweries on 2-6 Calea Manastur. [6] [7] It is at a walking distance from Cluj Arena, where Untold Festival is held, and Polivalenta Hall. [8]
Features and Facilities[edit]
The hotel has an area of about 60,000 m2 and consists of 120 suites of 60 m2 and 110 m2. Platinia offers residential, commercial and hospitality services under the same roof.
Residential[edit]
There are two residential suits in Platinia each having separate balcony or terrace with facilties for smokers and non smokers.
Commercial[edit]
The Platinia Shopping Center is one the most visited and sophisticated shopping centers in Cluj Napoca. The Platinia Shopping Center is home to well established clothing stores and has four restaurants providing Japanese, Italian, Argentinean and Urban Food. It also has a library, 3 conference rooms and one of the largest grocery stores in Romania known as Mega Image. [9]
Penthouse[edit]
Platinia has a Penthouse on the 11th floor. [10] The hotel also features AMAGUSTO Italian restaurant and the SAKURA restaurant with Asian cuisines and services.[11] [12] [13] [14]
Awards[edit]
In 2017 Platinia was designated as the most modern hotel in Romania and in 2018 won "Modern and Luxury Architecture" award in hotel category at "Romanian Top Hotel Awards".[15]
Notable visitors[edit]
Simona Halep, a Romanian professional tennis player, was the first occupant of the penthouse of the Platinia Hotel.[16]
