PlayVS is a scholastic esports platform serving both high schools and colleges in the United States and Canada. Soon after being founded in 2018 by Delane Parnell, PlayVS partnered with the National Federation of High School State Associations to help make esports an officially recognized high school varsity-level sport.[1]. In January 2020, PlayVS expanded to collegiate esports by offering Fortnite[2] and in August 2020, partnered with Epic Games to become the official scholastic Fortnite league.[3] Other titles currently offered include League of Legends, Rocket League, SMITE, Overwatch, FIFA and Madden NFL.
