Point West Corporate Plaza

Point West Corporate Plaza is a two-building class A office complex in Sacramento, California.[1] The structures, known as the "flashcube buildings," are located at 1425 and 1435 River Park Drive in Sacramento's Point West area.[2]

In 2004, George Tsakopoulos acquired the property from the Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension Plan for $31 million.[2]
