The Port of Alcanar is a port facility located on the southern outskirts of Alcanar, in Catalonia.
One of six ports in Catalonia, this port is a private facility serving the cement plant operated by Cemex in Alcanar.[3]
The port has achieved ISO 9001, 1400 and EMAS certification for quality port services between ship and shore, and complies with the ISPS Code and MARPOL waste management requirements.[3]
