Portugal Homes is a part of Harland & Poston Group, a privately owned group that shelters self-made brands in the areas of real estate, investments, visas, property management and travel.
The business was established in partnership by David Poston and Gary Harland, in 2017 in Lisbon, Portugal, with the vision to build a strong client base who continues to work with them after they have purchased a property.

Portugal Homes is committed to providing the full circle of services and support for their clients and investors, including property advisory (such as valuation, investment consultancy, project management, and more) concerning investment properties, investment management for professional investors, providing support with the Golden visa process, after-sales services, and other needed support for overseas investors.
According to the company statement at the end of 2021, Portugal Homes is available on 35 international markets,[1] such as North America, Middle East and Southeast Asia, and its client base counts more than 58 nationalities. The company has established more than 100 partnerships worldwide, while the total real estate transaction volume dealt was over 400 million euros at the end of 2021.[2] Nowadays, Portugal Homes operates from offices in Europe and Asia, employing more than 40 people in all five offices in Portugal and United Arab Emirates.

Portugal Homes operates mainly from its headquarters in the prestigious neighborhood of Avenida da Liberdade in Lisbon. Offering avid investor clientele the following services: real estate showings, advisory services, property management, and our exclusive After Sales service. The Lisbon office also includes the Operations, Project Development & Construction and Digital Marketing departments; and the second office location is situated in Loulé, Algarve, which includes Telemarketing, Construction and Sales teams. Portugal Homes also holds the company's main real estate services at the recently inaugurated office in western Algarve, Lagos.
All the offices operate under the Harland & Poston Group brand to all the international markets its investors reside in.
United Arab Emirates[edit]
In the Middle East market, Portugal Homes operates from its office in Dubai for face-to-face private meetings to further network with overseas clients interested in investing in the real estate market in Portugal.
United Kingdom[edit]
Portugal Homes UK headquarters in Birmingham, offers real estate and property investment services working adjacent to its sister office in Lisbon, Algarve and Dubai. Coming soon, a new office location in London, United Kingdom.
Hong Kong[edit]
The company had been providing real estate services for Asia-based clients from its office in Hong Kong for 3 years prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and it is scheduled to reopen once movement restrictions are lifted and the freedom of travel resumes.

Portugal Homes company offers a variety of services to international clients, including the Golden visa programme for non-European residents, Non-Habitual Resident programme for residents of the European Union. In recent years, European Golden Visa[3] and residency programs have become very popular, with thousands of investor immigrants turning to them as a way to gain residency on the territory of the European Union. These programs are usually designed by a country’s government and then offered to foreign nationals seeking to take advantage of the various benefits that come with living in Schengen zone.
Some of the most attractive European Golden visa programs today are available in Portugal, Malta, Cyprus, and Greece and Portugal Homes is filling a significant part of this demand. The company’s After-Sales department takes care of all the technical processes involved in the construction and renovation of a building. It establishes a bridge between clients and the different agents in Portugal, to fulfill their post-investment needs, as stated on their website.
