Amir Hossein Karami (born 05 October 1997), commonly known as Pouya Karami is a Canadian/Iranian football player who plays mostly as a midfielder.
Club career[edit]
Louletano DC[edit]
Pouya joined third division Portuguese club Louletano DC in the summer of 2018, and stayed with the club for one season before leaving in May 2019.[1][better source needed][2]
FC Vorkuta[edit]
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Pouya Karami returned home to Toronto to briefly play for FC Vorkuta.[3]
Personal life[edit]
Pouya Karami was born in Tehran, Iran before moving to Toronto with his family at the age of four. He holds both Canadian and Iranian citizenship.
