Pradeep Puri
Pradeep Puri[1][2] (born 28 Sept 1956) is the present Chairman of IL&FS Water who served as the President & Chief Executive Officer of Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited from 1997 to 2010. He is a 1979 batch Karnataka cadre retired Indian Administrative Service officer.
Early life & education[edit]
Puri is a 1978 batch post graduate in History from Hindu College, University of Delhi. He is the younger brother of Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State (Independent Charge) in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.
Career[edit]
He has served in the Government of India as an IAS and was the Director of foreign investment in the Department of Economic Affairs before joining the Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) in 1998. He has more than 37 years of work experience including government and private agencies. During his tenure in IL&FS he played a key role in the construction of DND Flyway[3][4].
