Prakash Sardar

Prakash Sardar is the shortest man in Nepal. He is 31 inches tall and weighs 13 kg. He is from Baijnathpur Nahartol, Biratnagar. The Biratnagar Metropolitan City provides a monthly allowance of NPR 3,000 to Sardar.[1]
