Pramiverine is a spasmolytic and cholinolytic analgesic drug.

The structure is related to Budipine/Prodipine but instead of the more typical piperidine, it is based on an atypical cyclohexylamine ring system, where the amine is situated outside of the alicyclic ring. SIR-117 is another example of this unusual chemistry as was Lednicer's U-32,802A.
