Preston Blaine Arsement (born May 4, 1994), better known as PrestonPlayz or simply Preston, is an American YouTuber who primarily posts vlogs and challenges to his [1]main channel and uploads Let’s Play videos to his gaming channel [2]PrestonPlayz. He regularly posts Minecraft and sometimes Roblox and Fortnite.
Early life[edit]
Preston Blaine Arsement was born on May 4, 1994 in Dallas, Texas to his mother and father. His parents divorced and his mother remarried when Preston was three months old. He has said he has no desire to meet his biological father. He studied at the Travis Academy of Fine Arts and graduated from high school at 16 years old. He also previously worked as a lifeguard before becoming a YouTuber full time.
YouTube career[edit]
[3]Preston first registered for a YouTube channel named TBNRFrags in 2010 which consisted of let’s plays and gameplay videos which usually focused on Call of Duty which is what gave him some popularity at the time. He made another channel called Preston in 2012 and posted vlogs and challenges with his family which is what gave him a boost in popularity. He has since made more channels for different purposes. He has acquired over 30 million subscribers and over 9 billion views in total.
Personal life[edit]
Preston has 4 brothers and one sister which [4]he has featured them in many q and a’s he done. He formerly dated a YouTuber called turn the Paige but have since broke up. He is currently married to his wife Brianna Barnhart who also has a YouTube channel with over 4 million subscribers. [5]He was the 6th highest paid YouTuber in 2020 with $19 million according to Forbes. He is a Christian as he has expressed in [6]some tweets and in his YouTube bio.
