BIOGRAPHY

Virginia Dike is a professor and was once the head of the Department of Library and Information Science at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Nigeria before her retirement. She was born and brought up in the United States in Indianapolis, Indiana, and acquired a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in History from Harvard University and has a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in History from Harvard University and a Master's Degree (MA and MSc) in Education and in Library Science respectively, all from Columbia University. She is an American by birth and also a Nigerian by marriage and she is blessed with five children.
