Property Inspect
Property Inspect is a property inspection software platform developed by British software company Radweb Ltd. The platform is used to create and manage digital property inspection reports and related inspection workflows.[1]
Property Inspect was developed as part of Radweb's expansion of its property technology products into international markets.[1]
History
Radweb was established in Portsmouth, England, in 2007.[1] The company launched its property inspection platform InventoryBase in 2012 and expanded internationally under the Property Inspect brand four years later.[1]
In 2024, Insider Media reported that Radweb had customers in more than 50 countries and operated Property Inspect as part of its international property technology business.[1]
In January 2025, property technology company Reapit and Radweb announced a strategic partnership covering Inventory Base and Property Inspect. The agreement included further integration between Property Inspect and Reapit's PayProp platform in the United States, Canada and South Africa.[2]
Software
Property Inspect provides web and mobile software for carrying out property inspections and creating digital inspection reports.[3]
The service includes tools for collecting inspection information, photographs and other property data and generating reports from inspection records.[3]
The Property Inspect mobile application is developed by Radweb Ltd and is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play.[4][5]
Public sector
Property Inspect has been listed on the UK government's Digital Marketplace as a cloud software service supplied by Radweb.[3] Its G-Cloud 14 listing covers property inspections, compliance, risk assessments and data collection for property and asset management.[3]
The UK government's G-Cloud framework provides public-sector organisations with a route to procure cloud software, hosting and support services.[6]
G-Cloud 15 was launched by the Government Commercial Agency in August 2026 as the successor to G-Cloud 14.[7]
Partnerships
