John "Pull Up" Lam (born August 27, 1994), is an American record producer from St. Petersburg/Tampa, Florida. He is currently signed to Only the Family and has been with the label since 2019. Lam has produced for artists including Lil Durk, King Von, Rod Wave, and PNB Rock.[1]
Early Life and Career[edit]
Lam was born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. At age 12, he learned how play instruments like guitar, piano, clarinet and saxophone. He attended University of South Florida from 2012 to 2017. While working on his craft, Lam also moved around as a DJ in the Tampa Area. After graduation , Lam took some time to pursue music professionally. He Joined Lil Durk's collective OTF (Only the Family) in 2019, where he got his start. Lam has produced for artists including Lil Durk, King Von, Rod Wave, and PNB Rock. In 2020, he produced five tracks on Lil Durk's critically acclaimed project The Voice.
