Qazi Maqsood Gul (Sindhi: قاضي مقصود گل‎) (15 April 1950 – 14 February 2015) was a renowned Sindhi poet and translator of Sindhi language.[1] He was died in cardiac failure in Karachi, Sindh.[2]

He wrote more than 10 books and excluding Urdu Translation of the poetry of Sachal Sarmast and Shaikh Ayaz'.[3][4][5]

1) 'VIKHRIYAL MOTI' (The scattered Pearls) in Sindhi: The compilation of research papers, written by Dr Atta Muhammad 'Hami', compiled by Maqsood Gul

2) 'ZINDAGI DDE MOT'a' (Back to the Life) The Sindhi translation of short stories, written by Krishan Chandur, translated by Maqsood Gul and Mukhtar Ghumro

7) 'IDHQ SAMUNDER' (Love is an ocean) The verse-to-verse translation of the poetry of Sachal Sarmast from Persian to Urdu, by Maqsood Gul - First Edition: Published by: Sachal Chair, Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur, Sindh, Pakistan.
