Founded in 2010 and headed by Michael Mayes, a medical cannabis patient who grew up in Michigan, Quantum 9, Inc. has advised lawmakers in Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Michigan, Nevada, Arkansas, Puerto Rico, Maryland, Germany, and Colorado.[2] The company has been enjoying extensive news media coverage as enthusiasm for legal marijuana sweeps the globe.[3]
