QuestionPro
QuestionPro is a worldwide operating developer and provider of the eponymous SaaS-solution for enterprise feedback management, experience management, market research and surveys. The company was founded in 2005 and has 250 employees. The headquarters in the United States is in Texas, Austin. QuestionPro also has offices in Germany (Berlin), Mexico (Merida and Cancun), India (Pune), United Kingdom (London) and Dubai (Dubai Silicon Oasis).
Purpose and features[edit]
The core of QuestionPro's SaaS solutions is the platform-independent creation of surveys, market research studies and touchpoint analyses without the need for programming. This means that even complex question types such as conjoint analysis, maximum difference scaling or net promoter score can be used without prior knowledge of programming and survey research. The goal is to simplify research and make it accessible to a broader audience. In addition, QuestionPro's solution includes a dahboard-based evaluation module for data analysis that automatically generates analyses and reports. The survey solution can also be operated via an app for Android [1] and iOS. [2] QuestionPro operates its own online panel for market research.

Founder[edit]
QuestionPro was foundet by Vivek Bhaskaran. Bhaskaran graduated from Brigham Young University in 2000 and subsequently started QuestionPro in Seattle in 2005.[3]. He is also the Co-Founder of IdeaScale. [4][5]

- In 2020, the company acquired Enprecis Group from Bregal Sagemount[6][7]
- In 2018, the company acquired WorkXO and named Charlie Judy the president of its Employee Engagement practice.[8]
- In 2014, the company acquired RapidEngage[9]

Social engagement[edit]
QuestionPro supports social engagement. Thus, non-profit companies can use the survey software for scientific and social research free of charge. [16] For example, well-known organisations such as American Cancer Society, UNICEF, World Health Organisation, Wildlife and Amnesty International use this QuestionPro service.
