QuiComicker is a easy to use Comic Creation program for Window 10 and above, developed by Vijay Sridhara. It is a Shareware. It comes with 6 character and pose libraries each of which has about 25+ images, and 1 backgrounds library and 1 elements library, and 1 vehicles library. It also has multiple styled speech bubbles for various contexts (rectangular, ellipse, thinking and speaking). It is built using .NET framework 5.0. The idea of QuiComicker happened because the author is interested in 3D art and has lot of piled up renders of characters and architecture, which are just getting deleted periodically, and were just perceived waste in the long run. So he felt to make use of them to create a story line instead.
