David Kweku Asiedu (born 30 June 1993) known professionally as Qweku Davis, is a Ghanaian singer.[1]

He represents the afrobeats genre and works under the Versus Music record label from United States.

Early life[edit]

Qweku Davis was born on the 30th of June, 1993 in Accra. He became the last child out of 5 children in his family. His family represents Fante ethnicity from the Central Region of Ghana.

Musical career[edit]

Before entering into the music industry, he was the road manager of Sherifa Gunu from 2018 – 2020. During that period, Sherifa released a song featuring Davis, titled “Susupon”.[2] Qweku Davis made his musical debut with the song “Mee Wu” featuring Abochi.[3] Since then, he released several other songs including "Fakye", "Fine Girl" (feat. Ras Kuuku), and "Make Dem Do".

Later he was signed by Versus Music, a record label from the United States of America and shot his music video for the song mentioned above “Mee Wu feat. Abochi”.[4]

In August 2023 he released a single "Make Dem Do". [5]
