R Baron Group is a creative agency and music management company based in Los Angeles, California, and founded by music executives TK Kimbro and Picaso.[1][2]

Kimbro and Picaso met through Krondon, a rapper in the West Coast underground hip hop group Strong Arm Steady.[2] In 2013 Kimbro and Picaso created R Baron Group.[2] The company oversees talent management, creative direction, marketing, production, and A&R.[1]

R Baron Group launched the label The Machine Works with Atlantic Records in February 2019.[1][3] The Machine Works partners with Asylum Records, a subsidiary of Warner Music Group, to market, distribute, and promote the label’s roster.[1] The roster includes AzChike, Shoreline Mafia, 1TakeJay, Maxo Kream, 03 Greedo, The Stinc Team, Drakeo the Ruler, ManMan Savage, RonRon the Producer, Rucci, BandGang Lonnie Bands, Bruce 24k, AZ Swaye, and The Hit Mob.[1][2]

R Baron Group executive produced the 2018 documentary Architects of the New L.A. Sound with Red Bull Music.[1][4] The film focuses on the underground L.A. and Southern California hip hop music scene and features interviews from Drakeo the Ruler, 03 Greedo, RonRon the Producer, and Shoreline Mafia.[4][5] It was directed by The Hit Mob member Marley Don Films and Truman Kewley.[5]
