Rabih Fakhreddine (born 1985) is a Lebanese entrepreneur.[1] He is the founder of 7 Management,[2] a hospitality and entertainment company based in the Middle East.[3][4]

Early life and education

Fakhreddine was born and raised in Lebanon.[5] He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in marketing from the American University of Beirut in 2006.[6][7]

Career

Fakhreddine began his career in the FMCG industry at Transmed (Procter & Gamble) before joining British American Tobacco, where he held managerial roles overseeing the Levant region.[6][1]

In 2015, he founded 7 Management,[8] a company that develops and operates hospitality and entertainment venues in the Middle East.[9] The company has operated in cities such as Dubai, Doha, Beirut, and Athens.[10][11]

In 2024, 7 Management was appointed as the operator of Astir Beach in Athens.[3] The company also announced plans for a licensed street dining and entertainment project, 25 Jump Street, in Dubai.[12]

Recognition

In 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, Fakhreddine was named Best Nightlife Entrepreneur of the Year by the Caterer After Dark Awards.[13][14] In 2023, he was included in the Caterer Middle East Power List as one of the region's Top 50 F&B Leaders.[15] He also won the award in 2024 and 2025.[16] He was recognized by Forbes Middle East as one of the 20 individuals contributing to the luxury dining sector in the region.[17] In 2025, he was featured in Arabian Business’s Dubai 100 list of the most influential business figures in the city.[18]

Affiliations

He is a board member of the Global Smile Foundation and a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), UAE Chapter.[19][20]
