Early Life
Rabo De Toro formed in Bangor, North Wales in 2015. Original bassist Joe Shooman came up with the name, but moved away soon after. Vocalist Charlie Garlic (real name Jo Hinchcliffe) and guitarist Duncan Black had played together in Bangor band Logic Of Impossibility, and Paul Mattock was the original drummer in The Ruts.
