Rachel Brookes

Rachel Brookes (born 21 August 1974) is a British TV sports presenter and reporter for Sky Sports News and Sky Sports F1.

Career[edit]

Brookes started her career at KISS FM then worked for Rock FM and Power FM, before moving to talkSport. After working with Sky for 18 months, she began working as presenter for Setanta Sports News. Following the channel’s collapse, she worked for IMG, before going to Sky Sports News, where she worked as a presenter for their coverage of Cricket and Formula One racing, and as a news presenter and reporter. She now reports and presents for Sky Sports F1 channel.[1][2][3][4]

Brookes has interviewed many people in Formula 1 including Bernie Ecclestone,[5] Lewis Hamilton & Sebastian Vettel.[6]

Personal life[edit]

Her father was the organiser of, and a driver on, world endurance record attempts at Montlhery and Monza.[2] One of her two brothers also drove competitively.[2]
