Radix Trading
Radix Trading LLC is a proprietary trading firm focused on quantitative research and scientific trading[1], and uses machine learning and statistical methodologies to deploy automated strategies on major electronic markets across North America, Europe and Asia and is one of the most active liquidity providers on global electronic exchanges.[2][3]
Radix has offices in Chicago and Amsterdam[4] and is led by managing members Benjamin Blander and Michael Rauchman.[5][6]
Blander previously led the high frequency group at Citadel LLC and helped grow their profit from $75 million in 2005 to $1.15 billion in 2008.[7] He holds a PhD, MS, and BS in Mathematics from the University of Chicago.[1] Rauchman previously served as chief technology officer, head of Americas equities, and global head of ForEx at GETCO LLC, formerly one of the largest market makers in the US stock market.[8]
In October 2017, Radix expanded to Amsterdam as Radix Trading Europe B.V.[9][10] In February 2019, Radix Trading Europe B.V. joined Nasdaq Copenhagen and Nasdaq Stockholm as a cash member.[11] In April 2019, Radix joined the Swiss Stock Exchange.[12] Radix is also a member of the Helsinki Stock Exchange.[13][14]
