Raffles Leadership Centre is a global corporate training company with its head office in Singapore. Since 2003, the company has conducted executive training courses in 22 countries, covering over 50 cities. Its flagship training courses are in the leadership,[1][2] strategic negotiation[3] and cultural intelligence domains.[4]

In 2015, Raffles Leadership Centre was among the training companies accredited by SkillsFuture Singapore as a Registered Training Provider under the national SkillsFuture framework announced by then-Deputy Prime Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam during Budget 2015.[5]

These programs are also offered to Singaporean businesses under Enterprise Singapore's Business Excellence (BE) Lite framework.[6]
