Raghdaa Zidan is an academic researcher, activist in the Syrian civil society, and a member of the Syrian Constitutional Committee.
In view of her efforts and activities in the academic and civic areas, she was selected to be part of the mini-constitutional committee from the civil society tier.
Early Life
She was born in the city of Al-Raheeba in the countryside of Damascus in 1970, where she received her school education. After completing her university studies, she worked as a teacher and then a school principal. She was forced to leave Syria in mid-2014 due to security threats, and she has been residing in Istanbul since that time.
