Raghuvanshi[1][2] or Raghuvansi is Clan (gotra of Jats found in Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar and Madhya Pradesh.
Origin[edit]
They are said to be descendants of Maharaja Raghu (रघु). [3]According to Bhagavata Purana The ancestry of Raghu is as under:
Khatvanga → Dirghabahu → Raghu → Aja → Dasharatha → Rama + Lakshmana + Bharata + Satrughna.
Baliyan is a khap's name, not a Clan (gotra)) name.
